"Operation cannot be performed because instance is not the owner of the account"

As the title implies, I logged in started a map and suddenly got logged out of the game with the following notification - "Disconnected because instance is not owner account" (or something along the lines).

Got the same issue where i was trying to move a good flask from the blood altar to my inventory. i lost the flask, its not in my inventory not even in the blood altar. the resources i used to summon the item was lost aswell. quite annoying tbh.

Me too, I was moving itemized beast into inventory to sell, lost Vivid Watcher, Wild Hellion Alpha, Wild Bristle Matron, Primal Cystcaller, About 180-ish chaos income. Big loss, really annoying.
