Toxic Tidings divination card bug

Toxic Tidings divination card can't be put into Divination Cards Stash Tab. There is no slot for it and trying to Ctrl-Click the card from inventory with the divination stash affinity turn on results in "Your Stash Tab with the Divination Card Affinity does not have enough space for this item" message.

Can confirm, it doesn't exist in the div stash
