Refiner's Bargain keystone no longer granting any dust whatsoever

Dust before taking Refiner's Bargain: 1390
Took keystone as well as Séance notable. Ran 40 maps, 200 rare possessed monsters killed at minimum. Dust after 40 maps: 1390. Seems to me like the keystone does not work after being changed in the most recent restartless patch. Last bumped on Jun 18, 2025, 4:33:20 AM

" There's been bug reports already for the dust not working. But I just want to point out that Seance causes mobs you walk into to be touched, not possessed. The keystone specifies equipment from possessed monsters, meaning the ghost was lured into them, or one of the various other methods. |

" Seance is not a keystone, you're thinking of speaker of the dead. Seance makes 5 rares possessed and they definitely have the tormented spirit inside of them. Also I'd like to say that I turned my merc off and got dust. It seems that if the merc kills the mob, then it will not trigger the keystone. It is working though when I have no merc with me. |

Ah, my mistake.
And that actually makes some sense if merc kills are not counting for your atlas tree to be a bug, but would also be surprising for people running rogue exiles with that keystone and the merc killing that many of them every map. If you want to test further, try removing their weapon as well if an attack merc and it's actually the killing and not just merc party issue. May have to disable their spells with Pelt if needed or pickup an attack merc just for testing. |
