Using Faustus to refund cluster jewels notables underflows gold

When using Faustus to refund cluster jewel notables, I was able to underflow the gold value. I believe I had used all my refund points prior to using Faustus, and when I clicked confirm it seems as though I both got my refund and banked extra refund points.
