"Prospero's Protection" unique ring nearly halves SST physical damage

Equipping the new Unique Ring "Prospero's Protection", for whatever reason, cuts out a massive chunk from Spectral Shield Throw's Physical Damage.

Even if the Doubling of the shield armour isn't supposed to affect SST Scaling, the damage should still increase very slightly due to the ring being an Iron Ring and adding a bit of flat Phys.
But for whatever reason, the Physical Base Damage of SST loses something like 30-40% of it's total value.

Would like to delete this post as I am an idiot and the added life actually put me at EXACTLY the threshold for Precise Technique to stop working.
