Wave of Conviction of Trarthus

Hey devs for the sake of making one of your new gems usable and so that it can be the center piece of a build, can you make 1 small change to this skill? It currently gains duration as the gem levels, from 0.4s to 0.5 at level 20 making it worse because now you need much heavier investment in less duration so it matches a good cast speed. Best I could recommend, if you dont make the duration go down is to take out the duration scaling all together with the gem level, so the skill doesnt feel worse as you level it.
