Cloudflare endless loading

I have an issue reaching the trade website, Cloudflare, which once in a blue moon appears to ask me to verify (which usually happens without any hiccups) is stuck in an endless loop trying to verify.

It reaches the loading page, but no box appears, no matter how long you wait; eventually, it times out.

I can replicate across all my devices and different browsers
