Client goeas black screen after todays update

so sence the begenning of the league the game was working better than before there is not more crashed like i used to get
Ofc some dissconnections but mostly was fine till yasterday

today opened the game to find a patch update was 60 MB i think
after that the game just goes black i can hear the starting music for like 10 sec then the game closes no eror notes nothing
tried alot of things
re installed grafics driver
updated windows
programs
searched for some solutions online
like running the game in compatablity mode for win 7
disable full screen opt
re installed the game
i even cleaned my pc and changed the thermal paste
but still nothing
iam using win 10 with DX 11
if anyone have a solution please help
iam missing out on the new league XD

what kind of gpu do you have? I think it might be something to do with legacy cards. a few others have this issue too https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3790134

Old pc but i used to work up till yasterday

i fixed the problem
i changed somethings in the production_Config
IF u are having the same problem
go to C > Users > (your used name folder) > documents > my games > Path of Exile> > production_Config
then search for (device_type) it should be like evice_type=DirectX
if u found it to be DX 12 or Volkan or 11 change it to one of the others this should fic it
