Cold RIver instance crash

Portal Scroll on stairs before the bossfight then died I had maven on the map also. When i tried reentering the map it crashed and nothing fixed it. Other maps worked.

I got an error about failure to create light tiles?? or something when trying to recconect the first time but not sure if it is related

+1 to this issue. Anytime I die in this map I get disconnected.

Steps :
- Open Cold River map.
- Portal scroll on stair before the boss.
- Die on boss.
- Rejoin Instance.

Expected Behavior :
- I rejoin my map

Actual Results :
- I get disconencted with the message "An unexpected disconnection occurred."
