Can not progress infamous instigators challenge.
The count stoped 7 (/15) Checked infamous mercenaries Stormhand Withertouch Ripper Earthshaker Manyshot Bloodletter Swiftblade Some I have not been able to defeat because of my death, but even if the conditions are met, other mercenaries are not counted. Yesterday, the message "Unable to connect to achievement server" appeared, so that may be the reason.
Other challenges are progressing now, but this challenge is stagnant. |

They have to be infamous, for example "Infamous Combatant". Just "Combatant" will not count.
