Saqawine Vulture

I bought a saqawine vulture (lvl 83)
I put my 6 socket body armor in altar, clicked craft, and nothing, bought another vulture, still nothing.

Am I missing something? Or is it bugged?

(I did /bug in game and it gave me 300,301,316 as a code to use here)
