Precinct Unreachable Crafting Recipe

The Crafting recipe in Precinct map has been generated into a Tree, clicking it brings the character closer to the tree but can't actually reach the tree.
Tried to get to it through various different position with no success.  Last bumped on Jun 21, 2025, 8:01:06 PM
