Dust returns from Refiner's Bargain are bricked

Since this morning (I guess since the patch?) dust returns from Refiner's Bargain are magnitudes lower than yesterday. Even with investment (scarabs, atlas), in some maps you get literally zero dust (zero as in no dust whatsoever). If this is intended, please put it in the patch notes. Though i must say, if this is intended, you might as well remove the keystone.

Also, please fix the servers.

Same here, since the last patch im not getting dust anymore.

It seems that when trying to fix the harvest they break dust mechanic.

Oh wow, I was wondering this. I've had ZERO dust since speccing into the node lol.

point to 25% dust not 5%.

Today I notice a change in this, I rarely see dust.

Also I saw the harvest crops is not x3.

Evidently that node was changed before the league started. Either that 25% was a typo, or it was adjusted pre-league start. The JSON file released pre-launch shows 5%.

The keystone is definitely broken somehow, but unrelated to the 25% -> 5% and something to do with the crop change on the same keystone made in the recent patch. Was working fine prior.

Yeah I mean 5% is not a very high chance but I believe before the patch it worked in a way that all items were rolled individually wether they got turned into dust and now they might be rolled as a whole?! even if so... it should have been mentioned somewhere in the patch. the node literally does nothing now.

Having the same experience, couple days ago I remember routinely seeing procs of 5k-25k dust. Now I'm getting no dust pretty much all the time from ghosted mobs.
