Life Regeneration Is Bugged

We are currently having 33% of people playing Marauder, according to poe.ninja.

Given that chieftains surely took multiple regen clusters on their tree and given that berserkers probably took 1 as well to offset their rage, how tf do we have less than 5% of all people picking life regen related life recovery masteries at all? We are currently having 4.8% of people picking any life regen related life recovery mastery, and 4% of these are 50 regen per second, which starts falling off drastically after 3.5k hp compared to the rest of the nodes, so I am assuming most people are still using it because they havent made enough progress yet and usage of this node will probably see a drastically lower numbers in couple of days. So assuming that in few days most people will drop 50hp regen mastery, as their characters scale up, and that only 25% of people will continue using it, and if we average people taking multiple life regen masteries with those taking only one, we are looking at numbers that only 5% of people who took a regen cluster took a mastery with it as well, but I am assuming u guys have more accurate data.

Are regen cluster masteries intended to not be used? If not, its a bug. It has been like this for years, 2, cant we already have it fixed? I havent even mentioned how much stronger of regen u can get on es with aurora or armor stacking or many other strats that u cant get for life regen, but thats another topic.

Now we are getting into suggestions sections, which I didnt originally planned to do, but couple of ideas came to my mind while writing this, so might as well.. Starting with juggernaut giving more life regen over increased, for an example, would be great buff to do now that hes 1% of player base now. Having life recovery masteries that actually do something? like x% more regen while on low life, x% less regen while not on low life instead of 3% chance to recover full life on kill and something for blood mages maybe x% of sacrificed life regened as life over 4s over corpse tech that nobody uses. According to poe.ninja, not even a single person took life recovery mastery that removes regen and gives u 1 life for every 0.1 life every 4s instead cuz its utterly useless. It could find uses if it was every s with 1 life for for every 0.3 to 0.5 life regen. Regen 50 flat life needs to be buffed to scale with character, maybe giving character flat regen per lvl or something similar to life mastery, 5% of life rgened per sec with 3 recovery masteries selected. 50% reduced life regen rate of enemies could be changed to: 50% of life regen of nearby enemies is applied to you instead of them.
