Blade Blast of Dagger Detonation does not work with Runegraft of Novamark

Target is marked, and it will not cast on the marked target. Pyroclast mine does work. Incidentally, the marked target will die and the Pyroclast mines will detonate on the previously marked target's corpse rather than ignoring the lack of a marked enemy.
