Legacy of the Rose not granting Rememberance from Bladefall of Trarthus

Did a /bug report in game but making sure it worked by posting here too:
While having the new unique staff Legacy of the Rose equipped, spending energy shield through Bladefall of Trarthus's upkeep cost does not grant Rememberance. Last bumped on Jun 15, 2025, 9:37:59 PM
