Orginator's Memory of Trauma (No Map/Memory chain)

I am in my hideout, I found a memory thread in a T16 map, I go to talk to Eagon to start the memory chain, and the animation never plays, and when I interact with the Originator's Memory of Trauma text box, it opens my map device but with no memory map to run, can't put a map in or do anything
