Chest is "Servant of Decay and the gems are Raise Spectre, Feeding Frenzy, Greater Volley, Returning Projectiles, Spell Echo, Chance to Poison

Hey, friend O/,yes eternal regret angels was disabled by ggg due to a visual bug, ggg now has fixed this problem & they are back online ready to go thank god right in time for 1.2 high end update for this build.

so yes you can spectre the eternal regret angels again
