Missing completion of Quisitive Quandaries challenge

For some reason "The Dweller of the Deep" is missing for me, leading to unobtainable challenge (at least on this character). I have this quest completed and got my passive point, but it was during constant disconnects, so anything could go wrong. /recheck_achievements didn't help me.

same.. I just completed quest again now with new character and it didnt help either, also I wasnt playing when server were occupied on acts aka I didnt play on start and I didnt get DC during acts and other quests did count only this one didnt.. maybe its some other quest from ACT6 (Bestel's Epic) and they named it wrongly on display challenges while instead you need to complete that one or maybe its not that idk why I think thats the case but I will try to do that now..

You need to complete "A Dirty Job" quest.. I completed it now and it worked..
