Precinct Map Crafting Recipe Unlock not clickable

Encountered this today,

When I click on the crafting recipe my character cannot get close enough to the crafting recipe to unlock it as the tree is blocking my character from approaching it.

Suggest to apply loot pickup radius to crafting recipe unlocks

Encountered the same issue; bug no. 2,394,411,404

It's stuck in a tree near the bosses.

Confirmed same issue occurring due to the tree.

Poor fire dot builds, no craft for them... I wonder when this will be fixed.
