Is memory of reverence bugged?

Whenever player is dying during phases with roses on character, roses are dropping but cannot interract with boss

Yes, it is.
When you get the bug where the boss goes AFK, alt/F4, log back in, start a new map, then talk to Eagon again, he will let you open a new instance for the boss fight. Be sure to not pick up more than one rose at a time and take it to the boss. Then repeat with the other color. Picking up both seems to break the fight. I poop, therefore I am.
