Merc minion gem bugged

These Holy Flame Elementals Spectres don't follow the Merc, the merc only summons them if he didn't reach the minion cap of the skill and they don't seem to have a duration limit, these 3 factors combined means these minions only participate in the first encounter of the map, please fix it.
