Syndicates Demise not received after 14 hours

Completed twitch drop yesterday, syndicates demise not received 14 hours later. Not sure who to message.

Also experiencing this issue, but with no steam link, just twitch/POE accounts (shows connected, have refreshed and checked both). I got the portal straight away, but still have yet to see the Syndicate's demise appear.

When claiming Twitch drops for POE1 and POE2, it often seems to be necessary (or at least helpful) to log into the Path of Exile website and open your Twitch Rewards page. This is an additional step after claiming the drop on Twitch. Log in*, go to your account, manage account, and then your Twitch Rewards.

Always best to go to a known website manually before logging in.



I had my finisher effect appear in game only after doing the above, which has been the case for most or all mtx drops. Possibly it just speeds up the process, but they appear right away doing so.
