Crafting bench won't let me add a 6th mod

I just ran into a crafting bench bug where it says that the item doesn't have any more space for mods but it only has 5 mods on it. It has dex, fire res, lightning res, life, and evasion rating. Should be able to craft another prefix. But I can't even press the craft button.

" have you pressed alt on the item and counted the mods. There might be a very low tier of evasion or life that gets grouped with the hybrid mod |
