French chat invaded by chinese speaking people

It's starting to be annoying that the french people speaking chat is being used by most of the chinese community, because it's becomming hard to talk between french speakers. If you could please fix this problem by either creating a new chinese chat global in the european server or something else.
+ They are using our global chat for trading purposes (as I suppose) since I always see "*number*C *linked item*".
