Playing on EU Servers Feels Terrible

Well,they usually have a conctract with time solution regulations. In my company if servers going down - i have 30m to figure out why its down and up the server or my company will pay the penalty to customer. And ofc we have same contract with "node"/internet provider . Ive heard that in some company this time is 60m,but NOT THE DAYS.( if its not the earthquake which destroy whole servers)

Second point - its not the reason to keep silence. Like Last Epoch devs when had issue on the start - they give update from 30 to 60m about problems,solutions and whats going on. Per day 1 they patched the game 5 times or more ?!

It's literally the same treatment they gave us with POE2 since April, literally same issues, only once they have mentioned that they know about this issue and nothing changed. Same problems, same lack of response, same lack of solutions, same rollback outcomes, same frustrations.

You know what happens after? people get their fill and move on. You know what happens if they can't play when they're hyped for the league? They also move on.

Ofc they knew. They knew exactly what will happen and went on with it.

What people don't understand is it's not that something suddenly broke - it was already broken, they just decided to do nothing about it. And that's why they are silent - they have nothing to say. They can't make up some random bullshit either, cuz people will see through that and things will get worse.

It's not just EU. I'm in Eastern USA and I am getting disconnected before I can even open a map, on both Washington DC server and Canada East server. The game is 100% unplayable at the moment.

Now non-EU servers have the same problem. It's Ok to have problems on league start. But I don't understand, why GGG does not communicate this issue.

Likely to be an empty game season as people wont like to keep playing like this

+1 The EU servers are a joke

It's very disappointing to experience these extreme server issues, on league start it has happened a few times before but usually only in the first few hours, half a day max.

But so far even at the end of day 2 server lag and crashes have been a constant issue from start to finish.

I urge you(GGG) to either get your server side techs to get their stuff in order or find new/more capable people to mend them.

If other games and companies can run their online games 50 times more stable than PoE you really don't have a good excuse imo.
