Secrets of the atlas not appearing as option

Finished patching tried to make a new character for the new league but there is no option to choose the league, tried validating, then re-installing and still no option to make a character on the new league

Having exactly the same issue. No new league option showing at all

" " "Secrets of the Atlas" is not a challenge league, it is an endgame expansion. It affects ALL LEAGUES, including Standard. It is not something where you can opt in, nor is it something you can opt out of--aside from avoiding running the new content. If you're looking for the new league, look for "Mercenaries" or "Mercenaries of Trarthus". |

Thank you for the clarification. I had not realised this was the case. I appreciate your reply as I would have just given up. My stash still appearead with all of last leagues items which added to my confusion
