Secrets of The Atlas - Crimson Iron ore vein in map too many spawners and infinite monsters spawning

As specified in the title.

I encountered a Crimson Iron ore deposit with a lot of spawners overlapping each other, it is impossible to tell how many due to the sheer number of them.
They spawn monsters like they would normally do, but because there are so many of them, there are an infinite amount of mobs that yield no exp or drops.

I also have encountered the same thing happening in Alleyways map.
