Atlas and atlas skill tree reset to 10 points

After the restart (and second reinstallation, MAC air M2), the atlas is almost empty beside some unique maps.
It looks like I never visited any map. And the whole atlas skill tree is lost. I don't know the exact number of points that were present before but I'm sure it was over 51
