Incarnation of Dread bugged.

Bring blue rose to the incarnation, I pick up the rose bring it to him and nothing happens.

I got him to 50% health by logging and coming back in but now he's the only thing in the arena, bullet hell is over, and it's still asking me to bring the blue rose to it.

You can do it but you have to do it perfectly. Grab one rose when it says and then take it to the middle. Don't grab both. Don't die.

I died and got stuck on that phase as well. Reentering the Arena allowed me to continue first time, but at 50% health it bugged a second time.

You probably already figured it out, but if you alt/F4, log back in, start a new map, then talk to Eagon again, he will let you open a new instance for the boss fight.

I'd like to say I was smart enough to figure this out on my own, but no.

I just stood inside the boss for a few minutes AFK and he came back to life
