GGG isnt iterested in PoE1 anymore and they also fail at PoE2...
They worst they can do, is do NOTHING and thats what they are doing. People need to stop buy mtx thats the only way you can show them. They dont care about player retentionn or how many people are playing. They want money and do as less as possible to get it. PoE1 is the better game, but they cant and would never admit it. When they introduced Ruthless you could see what direction PoE2 would get into. And there was 4 Ruthless player in total. But because Jonathan loves it, thats what PoE2 is now. A version of ruthless. Server stability in EU has been a lot better today. Either because of luck or something actually changed. No crashes yet, just a few minor lagspikes. Maybe the leagues should no longer start right before the weekend so that there's people in the office to fix critical stuff during the week.
