Lootfilter problem

When subscribing to a loot filter through the website, it is not displayed in the game, it does not even appear in the list, what could be the problem?

You have to refresh the list in the UI in game after 10-15 minutes

Exactly the same problem, subscribed 10 hours ago to the filter, still missing

Has this been solved for anyone? I have the same issue. Filters are showing on the website but not in-game.
