Will reducing the duration cause both expansion and retraction to occur within the duration of the skill, or will the retraction portion of the animation be eliminated?

I want to assume both components but I don't think we will know until it is tested.

" I did some digging and, if it works the way WoC does, reducing duration will cut off part of the animation. Unfortunate if true. You're right though, we won't know until we test it. |

The prospect of this is cool though it will be nice to use in one of my CWS builds to replace normal WoC.
