Spell scaling and int stacking, but you only benefit up to 500 int, and you still need 155 str to even use the skill.
Inquisitor it is or guardian steal inquisitor, stack both int and str for crit, brutus sprinkler or a crafted stacking sceptre,the problem would be clearing, heavy strike hits hard but doesn't cover a lot. |
