Quality on new hexblast / hexblast of contradiction suggestion.

Given that hexblast and hexblast of contradiction have now been changed to have a cooldown and 3 uses. I suggest that they should be given cooldown recovery rate on the quality, as at the moment the existing quality isn't very impactful at all for hexblast builds as you are always finding a method to ensuring that your hex will be back up for your next cast regardless of your chance to not remove a hex from quality. I think that giving it some CDR on quality can enhance the ways you can scale and potentially approach the gems now.

I was never that big of a fan of hexblast mines to be honest as I think it gave an insane amount of damage for not a lot of investment and I think changing it to a cooldown spell is fair, but CDR is very difficult to get a good amount of and having it on quality would go a long way for this new version of the spell.

Gonna +1 this, the current bonus is pretty irrelevant in how hexblast actually gets used i'd prefer a powerful quality like most other skills get now - CDR would be great but anything that is a net positive would be a nice change.
Hmm, Cooldown reduction via Quality stacking would be a cool answer to the problem...

It throws in another vector to make it work, requiring investment but isn't good right out of the box.

Not a bad idea to give this skill another option for scaling through your suggested quality change. More options available when pushing a build further is very nice to have.

Also +1, though mostly because the current quality was always trash and the new CD makes the quality option even less viable.

However, I will add that there are other interesting options that could be done.

Forgive my wording which will need tweaking, but here are some examples:

"All Hexes on the target not removed on hit gain 0-20% increased (more?) effect".

"After a hit that removes a curse, 0-4% chance to reoccur for each remaining hex on the target." (probably would bypass cooldown, but not chain react).

"0-10% chance to reset cooldown when consuming a curse".

I'd also like to see Hexblast of Contradiction remove the curse with the longest duration remaining rather than the shortest. More contradiction.
