Bugged chest with +24.000-25.000 Fire Resistance & Interaction with Enmity's Embrace

- More importantly, after the 3.26 expansion is out, the new "Enmity's Embrace" Vermillion Ring will give 10000+ Fire Penetration (edited from 24000 because of the "reduced fire resistance" modifier) to any build that uses this kind of chest, making it THE best not only for attack builds but for every build that can convert some damage to fire. This ring will litterally multiply the damage of any build properly using the chest by 100, reaching several billions.

With the new ring coming, I think it's time to really fix this bugged modifier. It already wraps the game towards using it for attack builds, but the Enmity's Embrace ring will make it Best-in-Slot for each and every standard character, easily multiplying everyone's DPS by a factor of 100.
