Lightning Tendrils of Escalation AoE scaling interrupted by instant casts

Hey team!

Just want to highlight this thread https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3461227 again in light of recent buffs to some channelling related mechanics ahead of 3.26

Bug:
While channelling Lightning Tendrils of Escalation, using any instant ability will reset the AoE scaling of the tendrils, despite not interrupting the channel.

Replication:
This can be confirmed by activating/deactivating an aura while channelling the skill (most obvious), or by casting Frostblink while channelling the skill (although Frostblink may make the size difference more challenging to see, it is present).

I also tested the behaviour against charged dash, and confirmed activating/deactivating auras or Frostblinking while holding a channelled dash does not interrupt the channel, as expected.

I'd love to experiment more with this skill, so hope it can be fixed! Thanks!
