Sekhemar bug i defeated final boss (Zarokh) dropped zero unique relic

I have 111% relic drop, in the trial I even got the buff for 30% relic buff played 2 runs of Sekhemar, and did not drop any Unique Relic, According to game logic, any value ≥ 100% should guarantee a unique relic drop from Zarokh. This appears to be bugged, as I got nothing in multiple full runs.
