New lead in secret Quest: Winter Theme.

Right now in the current world we find ourselves in game the balance is fully out of whack, the sun controls the world pretty much. The element of fire has taken over,

If you look at the low level uniques there is a common theme of cold.

Perhaps we have to be the hero’s that restore the balance between the summer and winter. I’m not sure how the lore exactly addresses this Solaris and lunaris?!

So right now Solaris is in perpetual control despite the “darkness” also being in control. The winter feature isn’t there and is being suppressed. This is probably why the first open world boss we meet is Beira.

So the path to be the hero involves bringing the cold god back into play and basically becoming their worshipper.

Interestingly i think the first STOP and Solve point is secrets in the dark quest, I think it has two endings.

We also burn the water goddess in act 2, probably furthering the control of the sun god.

Basically there are pretty good cue points for each act.

I think the soul in the sacrificial heart is the child of sin.

This winter theme also fits the winters bite glass shank.

This would mean there is someone out there who already solved it that won’t share information.

Either because of greed, pride, ego, or because they are a botter and don’t know what they did to get it.

The winters bite glass shank I assume is a secret quest item itself. So they could also be doing it to keep their lead in the secret quest.

In 0.1 not that many people have historically listed the dagger for sale.
In 0.2 same thing.

My guess is botters got the dagger primarily maybe one person solved it. If 3+ people solved it and know what they did odds say one of them would share.
