Base movement speed and quicksilver flask

In the recent Interview with Talkativetri, Jonathan said, base movement speed in PoE 1 and PoE 2 is the same. This disregards the fact that in PoE 1 after 10 minutes you get a quicksilver flask, that even without mods gives 30% movement speed and is essentially always active. This is before the addition of movement skills.

In PoE 2 we have seen early dev showcases where quicksilver flask was in the game. It is safe to assume that a lot of areas in the game have been designed with quicksilver flask in mind.

Please give us back that movement speed gap in some form, that we lost with the removal of utility flasks. The game is just those 30% too slow.

He said that because the interviewer specifically asked about the baseline movement speed, and how slow it is in PoE2.

That's from a time when it wasn't PoE2 yet, but the 4.0 expansion for PoE1. Quicksilver flask was already confirmed as not a thing at Exilecon 2023.

Jonathan mentioned in the interview that we're getting some velocity improvements (likely in 0.3). Sounded like it will be something more interesting than just a temporary movement speed bonus.
