That boot and staff sockets are misstake to make, They are way more stronger than their other options. Movement speed runes shouldnt exists and +1 skills is just to much. +9 staffs is a misstake.

good: people will vaal more 25% ms speed boots
bad: everything else
it's like giving us a core "take 5% less total damage"
it's clear that everyone will use it

For all you know maybe that is one of them. They literally showed like 5 out of the 22 they're adding and every vapid poster here has their crystal ball out making proclamations of how things will be with an odd level of certainty.
Like, I don't get how people can function this way. Why you're mad at content to begin with is odd....being mad at content you've seen 4% of is even more odd.

GGG is so focused on gatekeeping too many powerful gear items to prevent people from blasting through content. Why is that a problem in a game where you are supposed to start weak and become godly? Instead they want us to dream about being godly while fighting against a ton of mechanics that stop progression.
Trial of Sek and Chaos trials are forced on you to complete if you want to ascend. I love a challenge to feel the sense of accomplishment but these are overtuned unless your build is very strong and optimized to complete the 4th ascendancy. Most people are paying 2divs for someone to complete it for them. IMO it should not be this way. It’s too difficult to progress to level 90+ most of the community is below level 90. I’m not saying make it easy to hit level 90 I’m saying that I should not put 6 hours into the game and can’t move up one level due to game mechanics. I am not trash and playing the game. The game has too many mods to fight against. I’m stuck at level 87 because everytime im close to moving to the next level I end up running a map that has something on it that causes death a few times leading to a huge setback. This game should not be designed in a way mechanics keep you stuck unless you play the meta. This discourages build exploration and diversity. This says that if you don’t play the way I allow you to play to win, then you will not. That’s opposite of what GGG promotes to players.
Everyone is praising GGG for improvement of QOL without asking who initially programmed this game like this and thought it was fine? Who is play testing this stuff before release to the public beta that we are in? This game is fun from a combat standpoint but horrible from a progressive standpoint of your character power. Everything holds you back. You have to get lucky to move forward.
None of these look valid at all. not all gears you see in the trade market are drops. Some of them are crafted or slammed to a certain point (it had a great base like 2 or 3 highly needed affixes).
A majority of the gears or uniques that define a build are either world drop or attained through orb of chance, or it can even be attained through alva. GGG from start wanted you to feel weak and as you progressed you get the sensed that your toon is getting stronger.
Trials doesn't mandate you to finish it once you get it, You are given the option to tackle it at any given time. 4th Ascendancy is suppose to be sought after and should not be easily handed out. If you think that those 2 extra ascendancy points would impact your build by 2 to 3 folds, Then you are mistaken. A majority of builds would even work at 4 to 6 ascendancy pts. Finally, Where did you get the information that a majority of players are below 90? I have 2 characters here that are already 90+ and both of them are not using meta skills. A 96 Smith using Totems (yes this is not meta for smiths, because the meta for smiths is the leap build and earthquake build) and a 91 Gemling that use bleed APR (armor piercing rounds). All of my guildmates (100+ members both mixed with casual and sweatlords) are above 90. Even in my friends list all of them reached 90 already.
My suggestion on tackling this sort of playstyle of a game is know your weaknesses in your build/class and work around it. If your are dying far too often, then invest in more layers of defense (3 preferrably, max res, high life or shields and any form of regeneration either, leech, life regen or recoup).

You talk about "being" stuck, but you wouldn't consider being level 100 as "stuck", would you?
You don't seem to understand what a public beta is for. They can't test every aspect of this game. It's just way too much. That's what the beta is for. If you don't like it, don't play public betas.
An not everything is holding you back. I'm literally playing a random non-meta build and I'm doing fine in the endgame.

get rid of the movement speed one, if you want to give more movement speed do it as a base line or as a core part of the boots, not with enchants or mods.

Just a small remark, but those last two ascendancy points CAN potentially represent a x-fold increase of your power. In some cases. It really all depends on which ascendancy, which class, points invested so far etc. But some nodes are true gamechangers and could be just out of reach by 2 points.
