Cannot teleport/move to different area on map/click ground items/use left click ability

I cannot do anything. Stuck in Act 3 cruel Drowned City. Cannot move to any new location. Mobs still spawn and I can use my grenade abilities only for some reason but not left click explosive shot? Gold picks up when I run over it but I cannot pick up any items. I have redownloaded the game and repairing game files in steam and no luck. Any advice would be appreciated. Literally cannot do anything at the moment, completely stuck.
