Chaos Hammer on-death effect visual bug

After the recent patch, I've noticed that all rare monsters have chaos hammer (like Brambleghast skill) on-death effect that doesn't damage you. I think this is just a visual bug but it's pretty annoying to deal with especially in Trial of Chaos when you have multiple hazards on the ground. Please fix. Thank you.
