Fresh meat + Raise Spectre of Transcience not giving buff to minions.

Hi, made a older thread but it was archived.

This issue is still not fixed. From what I know even permanent minions should get fresh meat buff. But Raise spectre of Transcience does not.

Might be more minions that does not get it. I hope this has been on the radar and will be fixed in 2.26. I have a cool build that would be really fun to play if this interaction is fixed.
