Using mark skills with mouse and keyboard

Mark skills like bloodhound's mark etc is really annyoing to use sometimes. The mark doesn't always target the enemy your mouse is hovering over.

If there is a rare enemy and 4-5+ normal mobs around it (even when they're not that close to the rare mob) and i hover the mouse over the rare, sometimes the mark attaches to one of the normal monsters instead. This needs to change. It should always attach to the target the mouse is hovering over.

Auto targeting should not happen when using mouse and keyboard. You need to fix this GGG.
