Decaying Hex damage overtime debuff isn't affected by support

The damage overtime debuff "decay" isn't affected by :


"Swift afliction" support
"Intense Agony" support

I'm guessing it is suppose to work with those support gem since the game let me put them in once "Decaying Hex" support is socketed.

additional bug :

The decay debuff isn't applied when :

The debuff isn't aplied when the "Hexbloom" support propagate it
The debuff isn't aplied when "Blasphemy" aplied the curse




Pls fix this is my favorite build yet i beg .
