Resonating Shield unuseable upon entering instance

in hideout, able to slot new resonating strike gem. once i enter a map/change instances, i get this odd description and am unable to use skill until i create a new gem and the cycle repeats. Last bumped on May 24, 2025, 1:55:28 AM
