Seven Quality-of-Life Changes the Whole Community Would Appreciate

Hi GGG team,

After many hours in Path of Exile 2, I’d like to suggest a few systems that would streamline gameplay, reduce stash clutter, and make core mechanics feel smoother for everyone.

1. Tablet Tab (MTX) + Vaal Corruption for Tablets
Rationale: Tablets drop so frequently that they border on junk. A dedicated “Tablet Tab” would keep them organized, and letting us corrupt them with a Vaal Orb would reduce overall shard spam and add another layer of strategy.

2. Highlight Items Inside Personal Inventory
Bringing the stash-highlight feature to the player inventory would make quick item management and filtering significantly easier.

3. Azmeri Spirit QoL Pass
When triggered, the spirit should fly straight to the nearest Rare monster instead of tailing the player. A subtle ground-trail effect pointing to its target would also make the mechanic more intuitive.

4. Expedition Stash in PoE 2
PoE 1’s dedicated Expedition Stash is immensely helpful—its absence in PoE 2 is keenly felt. Re-introducing it would be a huge convenience boost.

5. Djinn Barya & Djinn Chaos Upgrades
These Djinns drop at rates similar to Tablets. Allowing them to gain extra modifiers—or at least be Vaal-corrupted—would reduce surplus and make them more engaging.

6. Jewel Tab (MTX)
Jewels accumulate almost as quickly as Tablets. A purpose-built “Jewel Tab” would free up general stash space and keep builds easier to plan.

7. Item-Lock System
A toggle to lock individual items would prevent accidental dropping, vendoring, or destruction, similar to gem locks in other ARPGs.

Thanks for considering these ideas. Each change targets a small pain point, but together they would make PoE 2 feel even more polished for the entire community.

I dunno if im on board with more Tabs for sale. It's already gotten out of control long ago in POE1.

If the tablets are such a major part of the map running in POE2, then the map tab should also allow the tablets.

As you mentioned already , POE1 already has a Expedition Stash , so why is it not here yet? Fuck, it better not show up as a tab for sale. I'm still pissed that they havent just brought over the fragement tab (also in POE1).

I have coins in the bank, but i sure as hell am over falling for this b.s. from GGG and the endless garbage items and tabs to support them. Nope, not doing it. I will just use one of my hundreds of regular tabs for all of it until they start meeting us half way on this shit.

Just my opinion ofc. And after saying all that, i am appreciative that GGG allowed us old players to migrate are tabs (general tabs) into POE2, but im still not overly impressed with 'modern GGG'.
