GGG some enjoy pure builds focused around 1 aspect

I think a core part of GGG's design is the desire to incorporate many different elements into one build, Jonathan when asked about ignite being weak answered by saying that he sees ignite and other elemental ailments more as a tool to get extra effects out of it. But the issue here is that some people might want to play a fire focused build that only does fat ignite damage.

This is a design ideology which I understand but I would like to remind GGG that some people also enjoy pure builds, builds that are focused on a single aspect and that should also be viable. (Not just some meme build that only works under very specific conditions and is only used to many youtube shorts)

For example I am gonna go for a pure physical stun crossbow build,
No i dont want to add elemental damage in my weapon
No i dont want to involve elemental ailments
No i dont want to add poison damage

I think the design ideology I am describing is "class fantasy", the concept where a class, let's say a fire mage is all about fire, its not about adding random ice bolts in, its not about adding lightning skills to get shock, its just FIRE, nothing else, PURE FIRE.
I am not saying such builds are impossible but from a design perspective it does feel like they are not really been treated as equal.

By pushing for the combination of different elements, you are damaging the sense of class fantasy for the sake of optimization, I dont feel like a fire mage if I have to use an ice skill
