Upcoming Plans for Patch 0.2.1

Fix the spectre's minions wisps bug.

It's really annoying!
Can you please fix Omen of Amelioration from not activating when we die!?
Haven't touched PoE 2 since launch but this seems like a really nice update. Hopefully they can keep it up.

A huge request has been that we invert the display of "Tier X" on items when using advanced item display. This is so that you can immediately identify if a modifier is the best it can be on an item. This is more for advanced and Endgame players, but is very important to being able to quickly assess the true power of an item or if it's an appropriate crafting base. We are swapping this back to work the same way as Path of Exile 1.

Not a fan of this change, since this is now the only "inverse" tier in the game. Why not do "Tier 10 (of 12)" instead?
wait a second! so ggg actually woken up after this miserable slumber?

no build changes but still good patch
Those expedition changes are awesome. I can't wait till the patch drops!!
You're releasing new uniques right? at the same time as races? Almost like you did this in poe1 and it gave people incentives to participate in races, besides the sweaty 1st place prize pool only. missed opportunity.
A second main focus is that we're going to increase the variety of running Endgame Maps. Right now did you know that if you were to generate 400,000 Maps, that 150,000 of them would be Hidden Grotto? We are certainly sick of running that area and fighting that same boss on repeat! The intention here is to normalize the frequency that different maps, and thus boss fights, appear on the Atlas. This will make things feel far less repetitive when playing the Endgame, especially for many many hours.

LOL

What people want is to spam 3-4 maps they like!!! We are sick of trash map layout and we dont care about fighting the same boss. Is it really possible to be that lost?

Nothing for the endgame, people are tired of spending several hours to setup a few maps, too much work between crafting maps, tablets, towers etc...

You don't understand that if people run maps they don't like and spend more time setting up their tower than playing the final, they will just get bored at best after 1 or 2 weeks.

Keep going in the wrong way GGG.

Isn't reverse easier to understand? Without a blame, just answering. I mean developers could create some new tiers for different bases, so as an example for Sword we will see highest possible tier for "Chance to deal Double Damage" is 7, but until you read some manual, or guide where it's explained you could not expect that 7 is highest, you could think that t8 could exist or t14. (And it's also because we haven't in-game wiki)

With reversing it's became very simple - T1 is highest possible and you just don't care how much tiers for that weapon/armor/jewelry for this mod existing because you are seeking for highest.

Also, with you suggest you have an equip with 4 different mods they showed like T8 from T15, T5 from T8, etc and it's could be pain in the eyes.

Steps in the right direction for sure -- but steps that should have been there upon EA launch.
